There’s a piece of photographic advice I read several years ago that went something like, “First you find good light, THEN you find something to photograph.” Maybe that’s not always true but I will say that when you do find yourself in a situation where the light is very good it’s nice to have your camera with you. Especially when the waitress is kind enough to let you take her picture.
